True Love Never Dies

Oh, man. Isn't it funny? There comes a time when you think that you have totally given up something and have moved on. This happened to me when I decided to sell Maggi, my Piaggio X9 Amalfi. I really thought I have given up scootering. The thinking was I can't risk myself anymore since the two kids are fast growing up and I can't afford any injuries and all. In fact, in exchange for the scooter, I acquired a nice vintage car which I featured in this blog too. I enjoyed Allie too. After some minor fix-ups, I was able to make her road worthy again. In fact for the past month, because of the house renovation, I have been using her as a daily drive with no hitches at all. Iba talaga ang Benz. BUT...
The itch started to itch again. The call of having a wasp suddenly started again. A few calls to Cliff and a deal was done. It was a little bit uncertain at first since Cliff didn't want to let go of the green one. There was even a time when he retracted on the deal since he felt bad about a deal that he made with another party. But Cliff, being a man of his word, realized that he is above that and gave me a call. The deal was sealed and I am now the proud owner of PILAR, a 2002 Vespa PX200 with only 2400kms logged. She is still brand new! A few quich fix-ups and Pilar is as sweet as she can be. Here she is, my sweet. sweet Pilar.
Why Pilar? Ask Batgirl.
